libghc-gconf-prof software package provides Binding to the GNOME configuration database system; profiling libraries, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libghc-gconf-prof
libghc-gconf-prof is installed in your system.
